Excellent service. Never have to wait and people at desk are always helpful and kind. Due to holiday the time changed and I got phone call to let me know which was extremely helpful and appreciated.
Staff is always friendly and will ask me to check my order which is always perfect. When I have a large order to pick up someone will usually ask if I need help bringing to car.

Have been coming to Dependable for years. The service is excellent here. Staff is very friendly and efficient. However,to be honest, I am a little disappointed with stains that haven't been able to come out. Seems like this happens more often now, where they are simple marks on clothes but always get the little slip that says they tried to remove all stains but….. did they try the best they really could?
I had brought my winter coat in to be dry cleaned and to have the zipper replaced. Both were executed perfectly and in a most timely manner. The woman who helped me at drop off told me when it would be ready and took my email address. The email saying my coat was ready came through exactly when she said it would and I picked it up with no problem. Thank you!
