Wen recently had a death in the family and needed to have some clothing dry cleaned quickly. They turned the items around quickly but more than half the items (which were black or dark grey) were covered with hair like white strands from one our childrens white faux fur jackets as if they were cleaned in the same machine as the jacket. I've never brought a fancy dress to a cleaner before. When I dropped it off, the attendant (who was very friendly and nice) told me the dress would be around $30 to clean. I nearly didn't do it (we borrowed the dress to save money!), but my daughter really wanted the dress cleaned and fresh, so I said OK. At pick-up, it was only $20, which was nice, but the dress still had all the small and large stain spots on it. Store is clean and staff very friendly. However they were unable to find my name or invoice # in the computer. The staff was unable to take my payment and give me my item.(Even though I had received an email to let me know my order was ready...AND the cleaned item was visible to me and had a printed invoice on it with my name.) This went on for about 20 mins and finally someone on the phone approved me to pay and take my item. Some people gave up waiting in line and left. Given much travel, I have not personally been at the Wilton location myself in some 11 months. However, when I went to pick up an order my wife had dropped off at the Wilton location, the young woman remembered my name (I do not remember hers) and it was like I never stopped going there. Very good service!
