Took in an old Muslim prayer rug....woolen maybe? Told....after an entire week...that it could not be "safely" cleaned. Took a week to figure that out???
The crease lines were about half an inch off the sewn in crease lines on a military uniform. It looked ridiculous.
Always losing my orders. Making them late. Making return trips to collect. Just started when Best closed. Currently looking for another local service.
I will never utilize Cudney's EVER again for dry cleaning services. Against my better judgement I decided to drop my dry cleaning off at the West Ave location because I was using the laundromat to wash household rugs. I mentioned to the young man working that I hadn't used Cudney's in years because I found the prices exorbitant and had started using Saratoga Cleaners. Way over priced! Especially $9.15 for dry cleaning a pair of pants. Won't be coming back even though you are just across the street.
I walked in @ 10:00 today and no one was in the store. The back door was open and perhaps the person was out there. Everybody deserves a break, so maybe you need two people on the desk?
Why not just ask for a rating?
I asked for a senior discount or some sort of coupon ! The service was also lacking!
I dropped off table cloths on June 16th have stopped twice they are still not ready, let's see if they're ready next week!!!!!
