Didn't get the stain completely out on the left sleeve of the jacket I brought in for dry cleaning
$28 for a sleeveless dress and jacket!! Ridiculously expensive. Will never bring clothes there again.
Typically i drop my husband's dress clothes off for dry cleaning , i am usually happy with quality work and price. This time i dropped a dress to ve altered and pressed , to my surprise it costs over 40 dollars to that! I only had 2 inches taken off . I do think it was overpriced . I should have asked how much but i didnt think it was going to be that expensive .
Way too expensive! 1 dress and 1 skirt equals 30 dollars. That is ridiculous! Will find another dry cleaner.

How timely is your survey..I recently had my best fitting slacks dry cleaned and mentioned that I had one small oil spot from an errant chick pea from my salad. I get the slacks back and I have all of these rust spots on the opposite leg which certainly was not created by me. These are my best slacks and I know it was done at your facility. I have sent it back to see if they can correct it but I truly believe they are ruined. Very dissapointed...
A blouse we had cleaned was ruined. The colors all ran. And the only explanation we got was a blame for the manufacturer, which we have NEVER had a problem with. We are now hoping the vendor will accept the ruined top in an exchange or refund.
The two folks that helped me were very nice. My complaint is the unexpected high cost. Never in my wildest dreams would I have said it would be almost $60. for two outfits.
Sheet came back with brownish stains. Will be returning it for a redo.
