Too expensive!!!
The clothing was clean but the folding job was terrible. I will order my clothes on hangers next time.

Brought a woman's blazer in two times to be treated for body odor in the armpits. Both times it smelled as bad as when I brought it in. I brought it Feigenbaum's and they removed treated it the first try with no issue. It was very clear both times why it was being brought in to help assist with the proper treatment approach. I have requested a refund but have not heard back yet.

Because my product needed to be done twice, and the stain still never came out, and I was still charged.
I brought in 2 coats for dry cleaning and just have a couple of comments. I had asked if they could look into mending the pockets in one of the coats, I don't believe that was done. I wasn't charged but there also wasn't a note that they weren't able to do this. There was "leather" trim on the second coat that is now cracked and very stiff. I've had this coat cleaned several times in the past and this has never happened. I'm not asking for any resolution, I just thought I'd provide the feedback. Thank you.
I had 4 silk drapery panels drycleaned. 3 of them came back runined. The silk is absolutely shreded. I was given them on hangers with no mention of the fact that they had been destroyed. They are so damaged that I won't be able to repair them. I am amazed that there was no mention of this when I came in to pick them up. I will be calling as soon as you open on Monday to speak with someone about this issue.
