The customer service is always great! I was very shocked at the price of my top that I had dry cleaned I thought it was very expensive and overpriced for the item.
Shirts were wrapped and bagged as requested but crushed and wrinkled.
Overpriced didn’t clean my items

I do not lie: Your service is impeccable. Last delivery included two 40 year-old items that I had bought in San Francisco and they look young again. Wouldn't it be great if that worked on people? Thanks for Keith's service,too.
They messed up the military creases in my shirt. They were off and railroad tracked. I had to redo them myself
Whoever was on duty during the morning of Saturday, May 12, 2018 was extremely rude when I called on the phone to make sure my order was infact ready for pick up. I picked my order up on May 14th and it still had chocolate ice cream on the blanket I had paid to have dry cleaned. Therefore I feel like I have been ripped off by your cleaning services and will not be using you again

My coat was still dirty. It was perfectly pressed but it was as if it was just pressed and not cleaned.
