Overpriced - and still didn’t look clean.
Do not have any recommendations.
I was given a pick up date of Friday after 4 . When i went to pick it up at that time it was not ready. I was advised to come back Saturday after 4 and the store was closed. This caused me to go 2 times to see if my coat was ready.
Coat still had salt stain on front and does not smell good.

I didn't receive the dry cleaning order yet. I dropped it off on Wednesday the 15th. The man at the desk told me I wouldn't have it by Friday since it was late on Wednesday -- no problem --, but that I would get it the following Tuesday the 22nd. That is the day this survey also arrived. I got the survey asking how my dry cleaning and delivery went, but I don't have my dry cleaning back yet...
Pants had small double crease near the upper thigh area. Otherwise everything else looked fine.
I was extremely disappointed in the value of the service you provided. I had a 2 piece dress that was beaded cleaned which was over $50 and a 2 piece suit which was $20. When I goy my king sized comforter and duvet cleaned the total was $50 and your agent told me the cost up front. Had your agent told me the cost up front or if you had a menu pricing board up I NEVER would have left the dress as that was an outrageous price. I'm not one to complain, I usually will just not use a businesses services again if I felt they did not fulfill my expectations. However I'm writing this review in hopes that the mistakes made in my experience are corrected. I dropped off about 16-18 items, when I came to pick up my order almost half were missing. I was told they were at the other location ( Aletta St.) and I could go get them, so I did.
