My shirts were still wrinkled.... I had to get my iron out and touch up press them to be able to wear them

Brought a brand new white shirt in for a press, came back with a yellow stain. Attendant took it back to have it removed with no problem. It isn't done yet, but definitely did not leave a good impression. Willing to give another shot because it's location is convenient.
Drop off was excellent, staff was friendly and informative which was extremely helpful as this was my first time dropping off clothing at a dry cleaners. However, the weekend staff lacked the same enthusiasm. I was not greeted when I walked in, nor thanked after picking up and paid for my purchase. The two gentlemen working seemed out of place and uninterested. Don't get me wrong check out was speedy, so I will be returning, just not on the weekends.
Way too expensive. Sign said most garments $2.97, dry leaned trousers 5.59 with no warning. Even with discount, almost $4 each. Staff was friendly enough, bit the cost will keep me from coming back.
Was not informed that polo shirts were over $5 per cleaning and that they needed to be laundered differently than dress shirts. Need to clarify services ahead of time.
I brought a dress in to remove body odor specifically under the arms. After the dry cleaning the perspiration odor remained, There was no difference from when I originally dropped it off. After returning it they are now dry cleaning it again.
