I took a new tuxedo and two new tuxedo shirts in to be pressed. Not cleaned, just pressed. When I got them home and inspected I really wasn’t impressed with the pressing and I found a dark clump of dust LITERALLY the size of my thumb on the sleeve of one of the shirts!! I’ve used this Comet Cleaners location for over 5 years but WILL NOT go back! There’s just too many cleaners around to put up with this.

Comet cleaners web site says they “clean Leather and sued”. When I went to drop off the item I was told that they don’t clean leather so they will send it to some other company for cleaning. If I choose to go that route it would take a month and I would have to sign a release (basically I’m on my own, to bad so sad). I wouldn’t trust them to wash my socks.

If I could give 0-stars, I would... They ruined a white shirt and only offered to reimburse 20% of the original shirt cost. As much as I would like to be able to wear 20% of a shirt, I unfortunately need to buy 100% of a new shirt...

Your staff seem unhappy and have no customer service
Dropped off ski bib to be starched. When I picked them up, they told us they were not able to starch them. Still charged $14 for a cleaning. Would have not taken them if they were not able to be starched.

Only half my order was ready for pickup on the day I was told it would be ready. When I went back the next day my order was ready but my shirts had no starch, I asked for medium starch on all my shirts. I feel my experience was a waste of gas, time and money.

Walked in yesterday around 11:00 and the only guy working was doing something with an order that was previously dropped off. Didn’t look up at even greet me for a couple of minutes. Maybe he was just busy but it felt like I was an inconvenience for him to be there.
