I hate survey’s
The gentleman that helped had no customer service skills. Not even a hello
Lady was rude when i asked for a price sheet of how you charge, very disappointing.
they charge too expensive, I never wear anything again first and last time

Did ok but I was charged taxes twice. They could not help me n said to call n speak to a manager.
Actually I really like the service at this location. They are fast and courteous. My last visit I had three men’s wrangler jeans, three button down shirts turned in for cleaning and starching. The shirts had been pressed but the jeans had basically been laundered and hung. No starch or crease what do ever. I would have taken them back in but it was for a wedding that was today so…

My cloths had all the wrinkles from the back when I was sitting!! It looks to me like they not even bother to Dry clean my clothes!!! It was my first time here New here in Texas so this was on my way home!! But obviously not planning to go back! The lady did offer to re do it!! But they should do it right at first time!! So no very disappointed.

Dress dirty all over , they never cleaned the dress was just ironed. Needed for a breakfast on Friday and was not ready. Will pick it up today, hope is clean now . It’s not my first time that things are returned dirty , I know mistakes are made , my only question , if they are ironing something , don’t they see the stains ?
