I took in 5 shirts to get the wrinkles out. Four of the five got all the wrinkles out the last one had wrinkles still on the sleeves. I took my stuff to your cleaners because the prices and discounts on your window and I was shocked to pay $6 a piece. I needed my stuff done so I left them but will keep the price in mind.

Ivbriught I. A 100% wool heirloom blanket for cleaning and alterations. The young lady tagged the blanket for repair of corner trim. Only one of four corners was repaired. I picked the blanket up on March 2, and did not check alterations until I was home. I called back on March 3rd to say that I am bringing the blanket back to have alterations completed.

I had a large King sized Comforter, cream colored riddled with stains from my toddlers Cheeto fingers. And I tried everything myself to get it out. I just randomly took it in and now I’m a customer for life! They got out all the stains and it was so fluffy still. And not at all for a bad price. Great service!

I wasn’t provided a price for services until I picked up my items. The $28 for two suits was somewhat of a sticker shock.

It was disheartening to say the least. The pleats on my skirt were pressed flat. When I returned to the store the lady at the counter told me it would be an extra. 50 cents for each corner of the pleat. That came out to 10.00 plus 2.97 for a redo. That is ridiculous you are charging me for pressing the pleats and handling the garment again. When we dropped the garment off and was inspected at the counter nothing was said about an extra charge for pressing the pleats. Why aren't we advised, instead it looks like a sail. The employees are not customer service oriented morning are they friendly. Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit service seems to be failing. I think you should get your old team members back especially during the morning and afternoon.

I was told on monday 12/30 item would be available next day after 3:30 on 12/31. Me next day at 4pm: it's my item ready Cleaners: no your item is not here or ready and we are closing next day for new years, see you thursday. Me: LAME

I have always had five-star experience at Comet so this was really surprising! I told the attendant I had a shirt that absolutely needed my cotton white button-down to be clean by Monday night because I had an interview Wednesday. She said "No problem." But she did not ask anything about it, like if it needed starch or to be super white or anything. To be fair, I should have made it clear, maybe, that I was expecting white and sizing.
