I could tell that a lot of care was taken with my two items but the price was so extreme for two items that I most likely will not return!
Not sure if this is even going to be read. I took a pair of jeans there to be cleaned, just as I have done for years. I received this pair back with a tag attached to it stating that there was damage prior to them servicing them and I can clearly see where they burned the jeans and caused the tag on the back of the jeans to be so burned that it shriveled up and also created a tear in the jean itself. Horrible. Rip off. Not good
I'm not sold on how my shirts are getting pressed. There are problems with creases on the collars and significant creases on the shirts that have front pockets. It's hard to iron over these issues at home. Doesn't iron out. I may have to limit myself to bringing in pants only.

Very poor. All our dress shirts were still dirty around Collars and wristbands.
When I dropped our cleaning off (men's shirts for launder/light starch) and one suit for dry cleaning, I asked if competitor's coupons were accepted and was told "yes". The attendant took my coupon and I went on my way. When my husband left to pick up the cleaning, I reminded him to make sure the coupon had been applied. Of course, as I have come to expect these days, he was told that Comet Cleaners does not accept competitor's coupons....seriously?!?! The associate who assisted me was not friendly at all. She was rude. I asked for an itemized receipt prior to paying and she stated she could not provide me with a receipt until I paid and she would not provide me with a breakdown of the cost for each item I had dry cleaned. I had 9 items and did not think it was unreasonable of me to ask. I will not be returning to this location due to the rude associate.

I will not return nor recommend this place to a friend: 1. Over priced 2. They made holes on my dress by putting safety pins to hang the dress on a hanger , I was very disappointed when I saw that. I paid to have the dress cleaned and I can't even wear it now.
