I brought in 55 shirts and told the lady I met there to have the shirts thoroughly washed. Focusing on the collar, underarm and sleeves. When I brought them home there were still obvious dirts on the all the shirts and my husband was really upset about it. The worst where the WHITE shirts. He said the shirt were only dry cleaned and not washed! He warned me not to send his to Comet anymore. My husband reports that the prices were higher than usual with these garments. We seem to pay more when a certain worker is working. She is also not as friendly.

Your coupon totally SUCKED!!! You emailed me a $10 coupon to be used on my next order so I brought in a big order thinking I would be able to use the coupon. Unfortunately this is not what happens. I picked up 22 shirts today. So lets keep it simple 22 times $2.09 = 45.98 + tax and then use this coupon for a $10 discount. This purchase should have been around $40 total. I went in to get a pair of pants repaired that had a very small hole. I was told they could fix it by patching it up on the back. They ended up looking way worse afterwards. The patch was sewn very sloppy. Threads sewn all different directions like a kid did it. So noticeable the pants cannot be worn anymore.

Shirts were not finished well and my brand new sports coat has shinny lapels from pressing it too hard and on the wrong side
Yes, it appears very difficult to obtain a price for items at drop off. Order came in $8 higher than estimated. I'm sure you don't buy something in a store without knowing the price; but, it seems to be the norm for dry cleaners. Very disappointed.
