I took in a sweater with some small spots that my mother knitted for a friend about 40 years ago who knew wore it and gave it to me last week. I had no idea what it was made of or how to take care of it. You hand cleaned it, got the small spots out and it is gorgeous - and, I might add, right on as far as style goes. Your lady on 62nd Street is friendly, helpful, and a real delight. Thank you.

Lady at the desk is always pleasant and quick to respond when she hears the door chime. I always find something to converse with her about. :-)
