I'm so upset with this place! I take a $30 rug in to get a stain cleaned out. The girl there doesn't tell me they can't just clean the stain. I find out they have to clean the whole rug when I get an email stating that I owe $89 for a $30 rug. Then the only thing they'll give me is $20 off. The guy that I talked to before the store manager said he would have advised me against cleaning the rug because it would have not been worth. Can't tell you how nice the folks have been over the years to us. They always greet you with a smile and tell you if they are running any specials etc....

Rating is based on first impression as I haven't yet picked up my cleaning. Very friendly and prompt greeting when I dropped off my coat for cleaning. Not surprised after reading a number of the reviews that have been posted! Love the location close to my grocery shopping location!
