I came in to have some alterations done on some clothes. Although I got confused on where to enter, soneone helped me right away and led me to where I needed to be. I was helped right away, and Ohi (?) And she was very helpful.

I only dropped off my jacket to get cleaned. There were three people in front of me in line, but the line moved quickly and the attendant was very polite and helpful. I gave her all of my information, since then I have been sent an email telling me when I can pick my item up. Very simple but very helpful. Thank you
