I was looking for a new dry cleaner and read some great reviews about Classic Cleaners. I stopped in last night and had an absolutely pleasant experience. I told the attendant that it was my first visit. She then told me all about the services offered and how to get coupons, etc. I was able to use one of the coupons on this visit. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Sold me on visit one. Thanks!
My first experience was excellent.
Bringing my jacket to CC was an easy in and out at the drive up window. The young lady who took my order was very courteous and fast. I picked up my order 2 days ago. Today (Sunday) I decided to wear my jacket. I pulled the plastic off of it and was disappointed by the lent and hair still on it. What a shocker that this was bagged and returned to me like this!!!
