HORRIBLE!! We brought in 5 couch/loveseat cushion covers to be cleaned. Our cat had peed on 2 of the cushions (from the couch), but not the others. We told the service personnel this too. When we picked up our "cleaned" cushion covers, the same 2 cushion covers REEKED!!! They hadn't cleaned them at all, in fact they still smelled just as bad as when we dropped them off!
