Everything was perfect on Wednesday when I was at Classic Cleaners for the first time, but when I was there on Thrursday to pick up my clothes, the attendant didnt know where was my bag, even leaving a notice on Wed saying that I need to return it to the old company I used to take my clothes.

My first experience with Classic Cleaners was professional and informative. Calley took time to explain to me the specials on Tuesday and how their operation works. She was courteous and friendly. Will use Classic Cleaners for all of my dry cleaning needs.
My experience with classic cleaners started out poorly. I was promised a sport coat and slacks to be ready the same day. When I went to pick them up I was told that they were dropped off too late for same day service and I could pick them after 5 the following day. Normally this would not be an issue but I needed them by 4 pm and if I had known they wouldn't be ready, I'd have taken them elsewhere. I loved that I could just drop my items off any time of the day and not have to worry about them! It was great getting an email telling me when my order was ready and exactly how much it was! Pleasantry surprised! I will definitely be returning for my next dry cleaning order! Thanks Everyone!
Staff was absolutely lovely. I need a fast order and you guys came through no problem, you rock!
I was not pleased because I asked if there were any upcoming coupons and was told no. The very next day I received some in my mailbox that would have saved me almost $20. I took the coupon back in and was told there was nothing they could do. I was not happy about that. I would have waited had I known about the coupons.
Always superb service!! Very friendly greeting when dropping off or picking up an order.
