Was a little disappointed that as a first time user, i was unable to see if the coupon I presented when I went in was actually used..it was for 25% off....as my order totaled 161 dollars. Hard to believe that my order dropped off on a Tuesday.would have been almost 200.00 .discount should have shown up and it did not show up on my receipt when I paid..

We are using Classic Cleaners for the first time and couldn't be happier with the results. The service was incredible and thorough. Although its a little pricey compared to other local service shops, its well worth it if you expect great hospitality and high grade results.

Seemed pretty painless. Firs time dropping off anything at this cleaner. Took about 10-15 minutes to drop off my dress and get the receipts needed. Got charged more for sequins which I totally understand. Was told to pick it up in two days which I think is a quick turn around. Conveniently located to where I live.
The staff was friendly, the drop-off and pick-up process was efficient, and my clothes looked fantastic. I will definitely return to the downtown location.
