Kat and her crew are just simply awesome! I have been going to the Michigan Road/Carmel location since late 2011 and have received consistently high quality service during this time.

What a refreshing change from the competitor cleaners I've been going to for the past ten years! After I was greeted warmly, an explanation of services was given as well as the hours of operation. I received a phone call after I left asking if I wanted creases in my jeans! This is my new cleaners!
I was so impressed by the excellent customer service from Stephanie this past Saturday. She was friendly, easy to understand and looked very presentable. She was so polite with my feather pillow I dropped off. I will be using this location again. Too many other cleaners have employees that don't speak well and are dressed poorly. Most places are also dirty inside. CC prices are a little higher but worth it. Stephanie was great.
