I was so impressed by the excellent customer service from Stephanie this past Saturday. She was friendly, easy to understand and looked very presentable. She was so polite with my feather pillow I dropped off. I will be using this location again. Too many other cleaners have employees that don't speak well and are dressed poorly. Most places are also dirty inside. CC prices are a little higher but worth it. Stephanie was great.

I just started taking my garmets to the Carmel location. I've had some bad experiences since moving to Indy a year ago as it relates to drycleaning and it's great to finally find a place who's focused on the customer and delivering five star service every time!
