My dry cleaning turned out great. The woman behind the counter, whose name tag ironically read "Customer Service" was an absolute dud. No smile, no personality, and certainly no platitudes like, "Thank you," or, "Have a nice day." Not when I dropped off and not when I picked up. I'll have to learn her schedule so I'll never need to dry clean on a day she's working.
I always have a great experience at the W 86th location. Fast, friendly, and competent service.

Had new pants pressed only. Pants still showed fold lines in two places. But very happy with service. Fast service. Order was ready 1 day earlier than promised. I like the email notifications that cleaning is ready for pick up. I'll be back.
