This was my first time at you store. What an excellent experience! The woman behind the counter was extremely helpful and very professional. Great!
Frankly my experience stunk! I came to pick up my items and the computer was locked. The woman operating it didn't know the password and couldn't get it for 20 minutes. I thought this was unacceptable and at least I think that we should at least get a discount for apology and receive nothing but wow, really bad, Art Rozema

It's was great
I just started with the laundry pickup service. I spoke with the driver and she was delightful! (Brittany, i think) Looking forward to my clean clothes on Tuesday!
Very friendly lady took my order and I even got a receipt with the # of items I dropped off. My former cleaners didn't do that!
Front desk associate was very courteous in taking my order, took my email info and I received my notice prior to the promised pick up time. Well done!
They were so welcoming and friendly!
