Clean as expected
The staff is extremely friendly, and the location on College at 49th is clean and inviting. My dry cleaning was handled professionally and had no issues upon pickup. This was my first experience with Classic Cleaners, and I will definitely come back.

I brought a comforter in on 4/24/15 to the West Carmel store on Michigan Road. The friendly employee asked me if the comforter was queen sized, and I replied that it was full. When I went to pick it up on 5/1/15, the employee on duty acted annoyed that the bell had rung and she had to come up front and assist a customer. When I asked her why my comforter was tagged as a queen and not a full, she said she was just covering, there was nothing that could be done, and the manager had tagged it herself, so she knows what size com... read more

Customer service was outstanding! My comforter looks great.
I used Classic Cleaners' family laundry side. On the plus side, they completed about 4-5 loads of laundry in 24 hours. Everything came back clean but not scented (by my request) and socks were matched. On the down side, they don't do a great job with folding shirts. They folded all of our shirts into fourths with the front of the shirt to the inside, so (1) all shirts were wrinkly and had a big crease down the middle; and (2) you can't tell which shirt it is because the design's on the inside. My dry cleaning turned out great. The woman behind the counter, whose name tag ironically read "Customer Service" was an absolute dud. No smile, no personality, and certainly no platitudes like, "Thank you," or, "Have a nice day." Not when I dropped off and not when I picked up. I'll have to learn her schedule so I'll never need to dry clean on a day she's working.
