I am new working on the north side and finding a new cleaners was important. Close to where I work was also a consideration. It was the complete package when they do a great job with people that have great attitudes. I could not be more pleased. Keep up the great work. I would recommend your firm to anyone.
Good, efficient service. Cleaning is always ready the day after it is dropped off. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Always done on time. Shirt collars are always clean which is important to me. Only complaint is when you break a button - sometimes you put the new one on and it is slightly in the wrong place and it makes the collar too tight when buttoned.
Our experience is always wonderful at Classic Cleaners. Kind, courteous staff that always has our clothes and if a mistake is ever made, it is fixed quickly. Love this location!
My alterations lady recommended this Classic Cleaners for an expensive pageant gown my daughter owns. It was my first trip here and I could not have been more pleased! The manager, Kat, is just fabulous - so welcoming and personable. She reassured me that the utmost care would be taken with the dress, and she took time to explain the process to me. Great overall service. My missing buttons are always replaced; any stain is removed without need to highlight them ... they clearly inspect all garments before and after cleaning. I am very pleased with their service and personalized touch. They call me promptly if any issues surface. I average about seven pieces of garments dry cleaned / laundered per week and have used them for three years with complete satisfaction
