It's always a pleasure to drop off and pick up our dry clean pieces!
Great overall service. My missing buttons are always replaced; any stain is removed without need to highlight them ... they clearly inspect all garments before and after cleaning. I am very pleased with their service and personalized touch. They call me promptly if any issues surface. I average about seven pieces of garments dry cleaned / laundered per week and have used them for three years with complete satisfaction

When I dropped off my dry cleaning (2 jackets, 1 shirt, 1 skirt), I asked for an estimate and the person at the counter said, "No more than $20." When I picked it up, the total was $36. I never received any communication to say it would be almost double what I was told. I communicated this to the cashier and she was very rude and dismissive. I will not return.
