Very professional yet personable
I am always impressed by the service I receive. The associates always remember my name and are very courteous when taking care of me. I have only had one issue with my cleaning order over all the years I have been going to Classic Cleaners and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend you.
The service was fine, no room for improvement.
The last couple of times I have been in after getting an email that my order was ready for pick up, the order wasn't ready. They also couldn't find all my pieces. Disappointed with the service in the past few weeks.

The experience...mind blowing. The customer service portion was awesome. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and polite. Ensured that I would get back my items within the time frame that I needed it. My hubby hasn't put on the pants yet but the customer service was outstanding. When I dropped off the pants, I was informed about the many other services at CC. Although it's a bit pricey, I will go back.

My first visit wasn't a pleasant one. Upon arriving the lady that helped me wasn't friendly nor helpful and seemed annoyed that she had to use her typing skills to add me to the customer/client list in the computer. The cleaners smelled of cigarette smoke which left me worried my clothes will stink when I pick them up. All in all I am disappointed.
