I needed my wedding dress pressed within a three day time. And they rocked it thank you for helping me advert a catastrophe!!!
Shirts were done ahead of time and look great! I love the email notices and communication.
My initial experience with Classic has been very positive thus far. I dropped off my shirts to a very helpful and engaging young lady at the desk who went on to explain the other services offered. That caused me to leave several pairs of shoes there as well. I'm only giving it 4/5 stars at this point since I haven't picked up my things as of yet. Once I gather my belongings, I'll be able to give a better assessment. However, they're looking really good thus far.
Friendly, quick, and quality
A voicemail was left directing me to call back to confirm an address. Upon doing so I attempted to enter the extension at the number provided, but the automated operator did not recognize the extension according to what I could understand. I also attempted to find the person by last name, unfortunately I must not have understood that correctly either as the automated voice indicates the extension "is empty"?. If you still need my correct address please email me. The main company number gives you the run around.
I use a cleaner maybe once a year or two, so when I walk in, I'm pretty unfamiliar with the process. One thing I would've preferred is to be told a price when I drop off my clothes rather than having to ask for the total, or just waiting to find out the price at pick-up. I had to set up an account as a first-time customer, so it should be apparent that I may need to know a little more info than a frequent customer. Otherwise, everything was fine and I'm sure I'll be back when the need arises. Thanks.
you never get a second chance to make a first impression...and the first one was very bad: I brought a suite for dry cleaning, the blazer got lost, the lady in the shop promised to call me back, she never did, I went back to the store 2 days later, the lady in charge took immediate care and called me back, the blazer was delivered to the wrong store (apparently there is a moving of the central warehouse on going) so I'm expecting my blazer tomorrow...with one week of delay...for a first impression, it is a really bad one.
The service was very professional and courteous.
Your email says "tell us about your first visit." This is not my first visit, though I am not a frequent customer. All I did was drop off 1 household item. Except for a difficult time of finding me in your computer (again), my visit was pleasant.
