The employee working seemed as though she hated her job or had no personality, but was proficient in taking my order.

We became Classic Cleaners customers 2 years ago when we were relocated from Chicago to Indianapolis. We used and loved the downtown facility for the first year, so when we moved north we starting using the facility on 62nd. We have not had such good luck there. Most recently, I took a pink blouse in for cleaning. When it came back it was white! Not like the color ran but like they bleached it to cover up a mistake.
