I was greeted enthusiastically, the gal took my info and told me all about the services offered and how I could drop off and pick up, and then I got an email later that day saying my order was ready. Nicely done.
Hi, overall the experience was good. I am disappointed that the shirt buttons were not fixed. When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically asked if Classic will re-sew buttons that are broken during the pressing process. I was assured that they would be. @ shirts returned with the cuff buttons missing and broken. I am unable to wear these shirts until they are re-sown. I decided to try Classic Cleaners after reading many of the positive reviews, and I'm glad I did. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The order was ready faster than I expected and the result of the cleaning was fantastic. Classic Cleaners is doing business the right way.
