Service was overall fantastic. We dropped off our items and were warmly greeted by the store manager. Items were ready as promised and we were extremely satisfied. They even sent me an email to tell me the order was completed and ready for pickup.

I was greeted enthusiastically, the gal took my info and told me all about the services offered and how I could drop off and pick up, and then I got an email later that day saying my order was ready. Nicely done.
Hi, overall the experience was good. I am disappointed that the shirt buttons were not fixed. When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically asked if Classic will re-sew buttons that are broken during the pressing process. I was assured that they would be. @ shirts returned with the cuff buttons missing and broken. I am unable to wear these shirts until they are re-sown.
