Previously I've given Classic a very strong evaluation. I loved everything about the business model and the staff was very customer-focused. However, I dropped my bag off on Monday evening. It's clearly marked as 1 day service. Even though I had not received an email on Tuesday afternoon, I stopped by this morning. The cleaning was not done. It had not been put through as 1 day. I am new to the area and was looking for a dry cleaners. When I walked into the Classic cleaners in Geist I was amazed on how friendly the staff was there.My experience in this area was that 98% of people here are very cold. This was not what I encountered at Classic cleaner. I am glad that I choose Classic cleaners
Store atmosphere was clean and inviting, staff was friendly and helpful, location is convenient and we are thankful for the eco-friendly practices.

Amazing employees who selected the best option to clean my shirt
I got a 5 year old down coat dry cleaned at Classic cleaners after multiple attempts at cleaning it at home and other laundries. My coat is now puffy, smells great and feels as good as new! Will definitely come back!

Service was overall fantastic. We dropped off our items and were warmly greeted by the store manager. Items were ready as promised and we were extremely satisfied. They even sent me an email to tell me the order was completed and ready for pickup.
