We LOVE Classic Cleaners in Lockerbie Square! They take such great care of our clothes, especially our dress shirts. And we love that we receive emails when our clothes are ready and email receipts! So glad to have them handy for us downtown dwellers!
My first visit to Classic Cleaners, and I won't go anywhere else now! I walked in with my son's Italian suit jacket that had green latex paint spilled on it.The staff were very pleasant and said if they couldn't get the stains out, they wouldn't charge for the cleaning service. The jacket came back the next day as promised with most of the stains removed. I dropped off a suit on Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Thursday. I received a call today that it will not be ready until after 6:00pm on Friday. The pants came back but not the suit coat. 1/2 a suit doesn't work at an interview. I took it to that location because it was convenient on my way to/from work. If I had to manage the pick up not around my work schedule I would not have taken it to that location. It is now inconvenient to pick it up. I am not pleased with my first experience with this cleaners.
