Always a good experience at Classic Cleaners! The manager of the store at 49th and College is the best! Clothes always look great.
Super friendly and a great job at washing/pressing dress shirts and pants. I've tried other dry cleaner and Classic Cleaners is who I now use all the time.
I have been a customer for years and up to this point I have been genuinely satisfied. We had been customers of the pick up service. I recently received a voicemail from route manager Tom Mitrani, explaining that my garment was ruined and I needed to contact the manufacturer and get my money back. I have been a customer of classic cleaners for over 10 years. They are always curtious, friendly and know me by name. If there is a coupon to help me save they make sure I bring it in or remind me to use it next time. My clothing always comes back on time and sometimes earlier than expected. If there is an item that did not come back clean enough they have never charged me for a redue. I plan on being a Classic Cleaners Customer for as long as I need dry cleaning.

Recent staff changes. Current staff isn't as friendly as the previous one. Please bring Sally back! My orders typically are done with light starch. However, my shirts from my last pick-up were not done so. They were hard as a rock. I am a loyal customer because of how close this location is to my home. Love the convenience of dropping off my laundry 24 hours!

I've personally been a devoted long term customer, I've driven great distances in order to make it to a Classic Cleaners. I've always entrusted my belongings with CC, this particular time, I'm extremely disgusted and irritated with CC. As I'm currently dealing with a Next Day Shirt to be Dry Cleaned and Pressed, I received a call on the day it was to be done stating that it had smudge markings on it from Production when coming down the conveyer to be wrapped.
