The staff was friendly and courteous. They made me feel like my business is important to them. My garments were clean and hung very nicely. I would recommend City Cleaners to everyone. What great customer service. Keep it up!
Wow. First time using their service and I have found the place I will use from now on. Not only was the check in process quick and simple but I was notified that my garments were ready a full day before they were due to be finished. the check out was simple and the prices were right. I also appreciate the ability to have an online account and with today's digital world, updates and notifications come quickly. I haven't used the free pickup and delivery service yet but that sounds promising.
Drop off was quick & close parking was convenient.
My recent visit to City Cleaners was absolutely wonderful. The staff was great and really took the time to explain everything since I was a new customer. The building is very clean and well lit. I really like the emails letting me know when I can get my things. When I got my clothes home everything was cleaned and pressed incredibly well. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out.
