Everyone is so ALWAYS so friendly and nice!! Service is fast. The use of email reminders when items are ready really helps. I would not go anywhere else.

You cleaners is the best. You have the most customer friendly staff, efficient drop off pick up system, attention to green by offering hanger recycling, and provision of laundry bags. You have all of your bases covered. Great company!.
City really goes all out to please their customers. We used to go to a local competitor that claims to be 'fussy', but we had shirts returned with torn sleeves from the ironing machine, mis-matched buttons sewed on (they refused to use the extra matching buttons provided on the shirt tails), and linen table cloths returned that looked as if they had never been ironed. We're now sold on City Cleaners and have had no complaints. Plus the extra services they offer such as cleaning auto carpet mats and dress boots are great.

Staff customer service at City Cleaners is always excellent! I've been a loyal customer for at least 10 years; I do not take my dry cleaning anywhere else!
Serivce was very efficient and clothes were ready when promised. Since this was near Christmas, it was critical that I had my order on time!
