Customer service by Alyssa was exceptional. She explained everything and she was very kind and well informed.

My first visit to City Cleaners was wonderful. The young lady that helped me was very nice and explained everything. She asked me how I wantes my clothes cleaned, i.e., creases in dress pants or jeans, starch for shirts, etc. She gave me a new dry cleaning bag with a customer number so I'm able to use the after hours drop box. She honored my coupons and told me about upcoming coupons. The store was well lit and very clean. I was very impressed.
I stopped in for the first time a couple weeks ago and the customer service was exceptional. The building was also very clean and professional. When I picked up my clothes they not only looked great, but the stain I mentioned to them was completely gone. They really did a great job. I also like the later hours and the option for drive thru pick up.
Friendly staff, items were ready before the promised time!! Also liked the email to let you know "come and get it" This was my first experience with City Laundry, I will be back

Great placce. From the person taking in the order to the excellent job on the dry cleaning order. The order was ready when promised, and I was also e-mailed whne my order was ready for pick up.
My husband took my clothes into be cleaned but forgot the coupon. The employee just said I will mark your order for a coupon and just bring it in when you pick up the clothes. This coupon was from Community magazine Hartville and it saved us $6.00. Thank you and Merry Christmas
