I don't dry clean that often but everything was done perfectly!
Our order was properly returned, cleaned and pressed. We have been very satisfied with City Cleaners since we moved here 4 and a half years ago. On the rare occasion when a problem came up, City Cleaners' staff took steps to correct the matter. We would, and have, recommended City Cleaners to other people.

We always have a good experience with City. We don't have a pick up every week but when we do, it's perfect. Thank you.
Difficult for the average consumer to differentiate between the quality of dry cleaners, but I like the convenience of the home pickup and delivery, and the e-mailed communications and occasional offers. The staff is friendly and earnest, and the owner seems to have his head and heart in the right place concerning the business, customer satisfaction, and the community.
Overall, we are very pleased with the service we get from City Cleaners. Your email asked about the last delivery so that will be my focus. Somehow, the top plastic cover was all bunched up at the top of the hangers. Undoubtedly, the wind was behind (and underneath!) the cause of that. The shirts were still protected in their individual plastic covers so no problems. Keep up the good work!
