Bonnie is over the top helpful, nice sweet, hard working. That girl runs her self all over taking care of people. She does a GREAT job and is always so sweet. I live in Independence and stop at Ghent just for the dry cleaning at this location. I love City Cleaners!

You employees are very happy, smiling and always call me by name - after they see it in your computer! You were so kind - I discovered when I looked at the January 2015 Entertainment Coupon that November 2014 and December 2014 were there. I could have been using them, but I didn't know they existed. You accepted my December 2014 coupon. ( It was Jan. 2 or 3) and I came in again and used the January 2015 coupon. You know how to get repeat business. Enjoy your service and Staff, always greeted by name and a smile. I have used them often for some time, although I feel a little pricey compared to most.
Always excellent! Staff is courteous and call the customers by name. A little disappointed in the way the sport coats are pressed. Other than that I highly recommend the services!
