I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of friendly service & attention to making a long term relationship with the customer base. I have only dealt with the Hartville location, but have found my 1st call dry cleaner.
Quality clean for high end suits. Kinda pricey, but they try to make up for it with consistently sending 5 dollar off coupons.
I'm very impressed! From how friendly the staff at the Ghent Road location is, how quickly my items were turned around, and how well everything turned out.
Excellent experience, I was helped by a very polite young lady, I believe her name was Lauren. I will definitely return for future business.

The staff at City Cleaners are so professional and they really took the time to ask me questions and get to know me as a person, which I did not expect from a dry cleaner service!! Their prices are very reasonable and they were even able to clean my coat for the next day! I would highly recommend City Cleaners for all your dry cleaning needs!
