everyone is friendly and helpful...even at 7am!
I took in a slip for my wedding dress that needs to be pressed and since it's not on their usual menu, the woman was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I only gave this 4 stars because I haven't gotten it back, yet.

My cleaning and clothes are so much brighter and professional-looking than with my previous cleaners! I love the delivery feature but never catch the delivery person to cross his palm with silver. Maybe next time.
Delivery was on time as always. The delivery service was the best and most convenient idea possible, can't beat the convenience. The only thing I miss is the smiling and friendly faces in the Hartville store!

You have one of the best trained, cheerful and supportive staffs that I have ever seen in a retail environment. Each has a smile and always something cheerful to say. Never any problems. No matter who or how new they are, they greet me with hello Mr. Camille (always surprises me) and Laura <sp? as the manager is great. I am in a customer service business (copier service) and I wish half of my staff was as good at customer relations as anyone one of the west akron (w market st) staff is. Thank you!!
