Your staff is friendly, polite and efficient. Your cleaning/laundry services are excellent. I also enjoy the occasional discount coupons. Thanks! (PS: I use the Fairlawn store)
Staff is always pleasant, they call me by name and I like that. Clothes are always nice and fresh. Never have to wait for assistance.
City Cleaners (CC) is the best dry cleaner in Akron. The professionalism of the staff, the technical dry cleaning services, and drive-up availability far exceeds expectations. I did try other cleaners, but none compare to CC. One time they made a mistake, they took ownership, were accountable for their actions, and made me whole $$. Can't find that too often. I have been with CC for over 10 years and would not think of going anywhere else.
As always the service is as expected and I am greeted and served with undivided attention.

As has ALWAYS been the case, the service was excellent. I am "a Ghent Road regular" and I have ALWAYS found the product I get back from there is as advertised, and the priority of customer care, obvious, by the very pleasance and courtesy with which I'm greeted.
Friendly service as always but I forgot to get my card punched and the lady at the counter didn't ask if I had a card. My order was well over the $20 threshold so I missed out on a couple of punches. Would be nice if they asked each customer if they can punch their rewards card if they notice the amount is over the threshold.
I'm always greeted with a big smile, and the service is just the the best. Tell your friends they will be glad you did.
