The cashier was the friendliest young lady I've met in a very long time. Based on her alone there's a great chance this will be my new permanent cleaners.
Dropped off my dry cleaning and the girl at the desk was super nice and polite. She welcomed me to City and asked how I found you guys. She was fast and efficient and friendly. Office is also conveniently located close to Stouffer Realty where I work. Thanks!
Excellent customer experience at the Green location. Always greet you by name, ie Mr., Mrs. etc. as soon as you walk in or they meet you at the drive thru. Great service, turnaround time is superior. I am a very satisfied customer.

My first impression: I received a very friendly and professional greeting to a very clean well maintained place of business in Fairlawn. I and especially my husband are looking forward to seeing the shirts after your service. My husband is looking for a cleaners that can properly starch, iron collars, cuffs an not ruin his shirts. I am a regular customer of your Ghent Road location. Your staff is ALWAYS both professional and friendly. I truly appreciate the automation of your business. I like the fact that I get an email when my order is ready and a phone call when something is delayed because your people where not satisfied with how a piece looked and they wanted to clean it again.
