The girls are always so happy to help.
As has ALWAYS been the case, the service was excellent. I am "a Ghent Road regular" and I have ALWAYS found the product I get back from there is as advertised, and the priority of customer care, obvious, by the very pleasance and courtesy with which I'm greeted.
Friendly service as always but I forgot to get my card punched and the lady at the counter didn't ask if I had a card. My order was well over the $20 threshold so I missed out on a couple of punches. Would be nice if they asked each customer if they can punch their rewards card if they notice the amount is over the threshold.
I'm always greeted with a big smile, and the service is just the the best. Tell your friends they will be glad you did.

I needed a suit overnight for a funeral and it promptly was ready to go the next day-even earlier than I asked for it. Friendly Service.. It was the first time using City Cleaners and I will return. Thanks
They did an excellent Job with my clothing and customer service was 5 star the young lady at the Fairlawn location was very helpful.
