My first impression: I received a very friendly and professional greeting to a very clean well maintained place of business in Fairlawn. I and especially my husband are looking forward to seeing the shirts after your service. My husband is looking for a cleaners that can properly starch, iron collars, cuffs an not ruin his shirts. I am a regular customer of your Ghent Road location. Your staff is ALWAYS both professional and friendly. I truly appreciate the automation of your business. I like the fact that I get an email when my order is ready and a phone call when something is delayed because your people where not satisfied with how a piece looked and they wanted to clean it again. everyone is friendly and helpful...even at 7am!
I took in a slip for my wedding dress that needs to be pressed and since it's not on their usual menu, the woman was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. I only gave this 4 stars because I haven't gotten it back, yet.

My cleaning and clothes are so much brighter and professional-looking than with my previous cleaners! I love the delivery feature but never catch the delivery person to cross his palm with silver. Maybe next time.
