The employees at City Cleaners are the friendliest people I have ever encountered. They are always smiling and in a good mood, even when they came out to my car in below zero degree weather this winter! The customer service is simply phenomenal! The only reason I gave it four stars is because the cost on some items is a bit high (sweaters in particular). But I usually can find a coupon and save it to use on the higher cost items.
Great service - polite when dropping off and picking up clothing, clothes look fantastic. Everything is perfectly clean and pressed. Never had any problems!

Not only do they do a great job but all the staff is super friendly!! They make pick up and drop off super easy and convent!!
The staff are always polite and courteous and always make a point of personalizing your visit. The clothes are always ready on time. City Cleaners is more expensive than others in the area which is why I rated 4 stars not 5, having said that the service, cleaning and alterations are of a higher quality than other cleaners I have tried.
