Your staff is always gracious and efficient.
Your staff is always courteous and friendly. Both the laundering and dry clean are done well and quickly. After 15 years i have never had a bad experience.
Friendly and quick service!
I was surprised about my last visit because I normally receive exceptional service at City Cleaners. However, one of my dresses was damaged beyond repair and another dress was returned to me covered in lint. Normally, I recieve great service. Since this was out of the norm, management went above and beyond to replace the cost of the damaged dress and then re cleaned the other dress.
This is the best Dry Cleaners anywhere. Not only is the quality of cleaning and pressing the best the service is over the top. All of the gals, especially Bonnie are great. Bonnie goes over the top. She is such a sweet girl, always smiling and always hard working. Thank you for being a great business to work with!
I have been a City Cleaners customer for years with a very regular set of orders for my sheets and for dry cleaning, all of which is done beautifully. It so happens that my most recent order was something unusual - a set of very old Turkish woven table mats that needed gentle care and attention, and handling by someone who would treat them as their own. Always a good experience. Usualy drop off and pick up early in the day. Lauren remembers and calls me by name and is most pleasant and attentive.
