Dry cleaning was more expensive than expected and my white blazer was warped I believe as a result of pressing at too high a heat. one pair pants also did not appear to be cleaned although they were pressed and came back shiny.

I had drapes dry clean. 3 panels. One set and a single panel. They were just plain drapes and I was charged $256.00!! I couldn't t believe it when I was told the amount I had to pay. Then later I was told by others I could have paid $130.00 or the most $150.00 and that I was charged way too much for the type of drapes. I will never do business with carousel cleaners. They are extremely pricey! I'd

Worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. First I bring in heavy curtains from my apt. They call say they need to send it to a third party . We say ok then one week later when I am supposed to pick them up I am told they didn't send them because the manager didn't give them permission and they knew this for 6 days and didn't even bother calling me they just kept my curtains and didn't clean them. I had splashed soup all over my down vest which required dry cleaning. The cleaning was done quickly but more importantly the stains were removed. 5star.

The store was not open during the hours that they indicated. There was no contact number on the door. When I finally picked up my clothes (two days later when it was actually open) they indicated it was my fault that I did not know they were not open on Saturday despite the signs on the front door.

I thought the staff were very friendly, a bit surprised how expensive it was compared to others in the neighborhood, but very disappointed when I went to put on my pressed shirt and it was still wet... even if I'd been told when i picked it up that would have been better then being at work, putting on a nicely, expensive pressed dress shirt only to find the collar and cuffs uncomfortably wet.

I have used your services for a few years now and have always had a good experience. However, I have been trying to find out the status of our duvet which you have had for over a month but to no avail. I have called 3 times in the past 3 weeks about it. First when it didn't get delivered with the item it was picked up with. I was assured that duvets take a bit longer and it would come the following week. I took in five items - three dresses (one totally plain, one silk and one long) and two very plain skirts. My bill was $147. Surcharges on every item for the type of fabric and I was charged for a sixth item for the lining of my dress! I spend a fortune on my clothing so look for a high quality dry cleaner but nothing justifies that amount. I won't be returning.
