1) The coffee stain on my dress was not removed. 2) the cost was outrageous. $210. 3) I called at 4 pm and stated that I will be in meetings at the hospital later than usual and asked if I could have my items delivered. I was informed that the delivery drivers have all gone home for the day. I then asked what time the store closed and was informed 6:30p.m however, are often there a little after closing hours. I brought in one men's 2-piece suit and my 11 yr old daughters 2-piece dress (chemise and overdress). The suit was returned with buttons missing from one sleeve (didn't notice until it was home and looked at a few days later) and the dress cleaning cost as much as the dress was purchased for ($65). I would consider using the service again for suits (being sure to check the buttons before leaving) but not for children's dresses!

Have had an overall frustrating experience trying this dry cleaner out. Initially I dropped off a load of dry cleaning several weekends ago. I specifically asked on drop off if it could be ready next business day and was told no problem. On Monday afternoon, I received a call from the owner, Cam saying that there was a stain that they had struggled to remove, and could they hold the blouse in question back from the order. Good Morning. I just wanted to give you some feedback about my experience with a phone call I place to your Barrow Street location. I called this morning to inquire about my dry cleaning not being picked up for the 2nd week in a row. As I recently moved from Vancouver to North Vancouver, I've been looking for a dry cleaner that matches the quality of my previous dry cleaner. Carousel Cleaners has a nice facility, convenient parking, and the generally good service. However, I've come to expect the dry cleaner to replace missing collar stays and place materials to maintain the collar shape. I loved the service and the work they have done. It would be nicer if they have spend little bit more time to remove all the dust off my coat. However, since its a black coat, it's almost impossible to remove all the dust.

Your staff was friendly and lovely and the service was excellent but your prices are absolutely extortionate! $60 for three items?! I came to you out of convenience because I was doing some errands in Park Royal. I normally take those same three items to Higlhlands cleaners in Edgemont Village and pay less than $30! My jaw nearly hit the floor when she told me how much it was! I will not be back!
