My jacket wasn’t clean and the front desk employee had a bad attitude. She said, ‘I don’t know how long this has been dirty!’ Terribly disappointed. A wasted $20.00.

I commute all the way from Coquitlam to your location (currently with a 6-month old baby even) because I have received good service while living on the North Shore. This time I dropped off a skirt and jacket to have stains removed. The skirt was returned with no change to the stain and I realized later I was still charged for it. I had 4 pieces cleaned amd my bill was 74 dollars...seems very expensive so I will try another cleaner next time.

The repair on one of my pants is horrible. Looks worse than had I just left it as it was... What was a small whole before is now a very obvious patch 5 x the size of the whole.
For years I have been going to a sullen dry cleaner who makes me feel uncomfortable as if I am intruding on him every time I step inside his shop. The only positive thing about his establishment is that it was close to my home. I finally couldn't stand it any more and searched Google for a dry cleaner that, while perhaps not so convenient, might at least be tolerable to deal with.
