Carousel Cleaners was bought by Wayne and Anne Bastien in 1972, the jewel of a chain of cleaning stores across BC. Cam Bastien assumed management of Carousel Cleaners in 2000. I commute all the way from Coquitlam to your location (currently with a 6-month old baby even) because I have received good service while living on the North Shore. This time I dropped off a skirt and jacket to have stains removed. The skirt was returned with no change to the stain and I realized later I was still charged for it. I called the store and I was told I could have left it for a second attempt (I was never given that option in the store). I had 4 pieces cleaned amd my bill was 74 dollars...seems very expensive so I will try another cleaner next time.

The repair on one of my pants is horrible. Looks worse than had I just left it as it was... What was a small whole before is now a very obvious patch 5 x the size of the whole.
For years I have been going to a sullen dry cleaner who makes me feel uncomfortable as if I am intruding on him every time I step inside his shop. The only positive thing about his establishment is that it was close to my home. I finally couldn't stand it any more and searched Google for a dry cleaner that, while perhaps not so convenient, might at least be tolerable to deal with. I took a ski jacket to remove the black stains from all in front and the sleeves When I picked up the jacket the front part was gone but the sleeves were still full with those stains So I asked to clean it ,because all the stains were the same ,so either should be removed all or nothing . The day before pick up ,I did call and asked did you washed it again to see the stains from sleeves can be remove or not !? She said yes But hunestly ,I don't think so .
