Brought in 2 shirts to dry clean - nothing fancy just simple shirts - Bill was $35 - $17 a piece!! Unbelievable - felt absolutely taken to the cleaners! Never again at your establishment.

It was my first time using their service, and upon dropping off my dry cleaning I specifically asked when it would be ready as it would determine whether I would use their service. I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning on the specified day and time, only to tell me that it was not ready. When items are time sensitive, I expect it to be delivered on time, especially when I asked for the pick up day and time. Unfortunately I will not be using their services in the future.

My jacket wasn’t clean and the front desk employee had a bad attitude. She said, ‘I don’t know how long this has been dirty!’ Terribly disappointed. A wasted $20.00.

I commute all the way from Coquitlam to your location (currently with a 6-month old baby even) because I have received good service while living on the North Shore. This time I dropped off a skirt and jacket to have stains removed. The skirt was returned with no change to the stain and I realized later I was still charged for it.
